To facilitate payment, please download a W-9 form (available as a PDF if you follow this link), fill it out and email it to Anthony Shao at the Independent Media Institute office. Without a completed W-9 form, we are unable to process your payment.

When you submit your W-9, please indicate in your email if you prefer payment via Bill.com or mailed check, as well as either the email address associated with your Bill.com account (if you have one; look for an email from Anthony to set it up) or the mailing address to which a check can be sent.

All foreign freelancers, please follow the steps above using a W-8BEN form (instead of a W-9), available here.
